    Merge PDF FAQ

How many PDFs can I merge at once?

You can merge as many as your browser can process. Very large numbers of files or very large files may take longer and use more memory. If your device feels slow, try merging in smaller batches.

    Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The merge happens entirely in your browser. The files are read locally and the merged PDF is created on your device.

    Does merging reduce quality?

No. Omni PDF copies pages directly from each source document without re-rendering them, so text, vectors and images stay intact.

Can I reorder the files before merging?

Yes. Remove files and re-add them in the order you want. A drag-to-reorder interface is available in the full editor at /editor/.
