Reorder, duplicate, insert and extract pages to build exactly the document you need.
Short answer: open the editor, open the page thumbnail panel, and use its controls — or use Organize Pages for a numbered-list workflow.
When pages come out of a scanner in the wrong order, drag thumbnails into the correct sequence before exporting.
Extract pages in the reading order for a stapled booklet, then insert blank pages where the printer expects them.
Merge two PDFs with Merge PDF, then use the page panel to reorder.
Delete cover sheets, dividers and blank pages before sending the document on.
Every page operation is undoable. Ctrl+Z reverts the last change, Ctrl+Shift+Z redoes it. Undo history is kept until you navigate away or reset the document.
The Organize Pages tool is faster when you already know the final order and just want to type it — for example, "keep pages 3, 1, 4, 2." The editor is better when you want to see thumbnails and drag.
